Ben has over 20 years in the recruitment industry, 10 of which working alongside GlobalTech’s Managing Director, Shane. Throughout his career Ben has delivered a number of International Transformation programs in Telecoms, with teams of 20-50 consultants in each. Ben mentions ‘pulling together these large teams can be a challenge, but hugely rewarding when done right.’
In his spare time…
Ben enjoys playing golf and holidays in the Lake District most years. He also has 4 sons which generally keeps him very busy!
